Do I need an AI assistant to use AllegoryXR?

No. The editor is fully visual. Assistants and the CLI are shortcuts when you want them.

How do I install the CLI?

You need Node 20 or later. Run npm install -g pasilobus, then pasilobus login and approve the sign-in in your browser. pasilobus apps lists what you can run.

Which assistants work?

Any assistant that can write HTML and JavaScript for components, and any coding agent that can run terminal commands for the CLI — Claude Code, ChatGPT, OpenClaw and others.

Do you charge for AI?

No. The AI runs in the assistant you already use, on your own subscription. AllegoryXR plans cover building, hosting and publishing.

Is AllegoryXR affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI?

No. Claude, ChatGPT and OpenClaw are named because they work well with A-Frame and the CLI. Their names and logos belong to their owners.
